Through this process, you can complete all the procedures required to set up and launch your company online. This way, you avoid unnecessary travel and save both time and costs.

You can also carry out this procedure in person by visiting the nearest Punto de Atención al Emprendedor (PAE), where you will receive support with the creation of your company and guidance for the effective start of your activity.

Registration of Sole Proprietors (Self-Employed Workers)

This process enables individuals to register as self-employed workers—anyone who regularly, personally and directly carries out one or more economic activities for profit, provided that these activities are not performed under an employment contract with any company.

You can also complete this procedure in person by visiting the nearest Punto de Atención al Emprendedor (PAE), where they will help you create your business and advise you on the effective start of your activity.

Innovative Entrepreneurship Certification

Through this process, you can obtain the Innovative Entrepreneurship Certificate, also known as the Startup Certificate, required to benefit from the tax and social incentives established under the Startup Law.
