Transfiere 2026 - Open Call for Deep Tech Startups

Driven by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Transfiere 2026 presents its sixth edition of the Open Call for Deep Tech Startups, a strategic initiative designed to boost high-impact European startup projects within an ecosystem of investors, corporations, and strategic partners at both national and international levels.

The call is aimed at Deep Tech startups developing technologies with high entry barriers, based on advanced scientific knowledge and requiring significant investment to transform into products with global impact.

The selection process is structured in several stages:

Firstly, an evaluation committee will pre-select candidates by assessing the level of Deep Tech innovation, project viability and scalability, social and environmental impact, the team's complementarity and experience, and their collaboration with research centres or universities.

Subsequently, the committee will select 10 startups to present their projects in a private session. From this group, 5 finalists will be chosen to present on the main stage at Transfiere 2026.

Finally, the winning startup will be chosen through a live vote by a specialised audience and announced during the awards ceremony on 26 February 2026.

All registered startups that meet the requirements will receive an access pass to the event. Additionally, the 10 selected startups will be granted two passes, access to an exclusive Meet & Greet with investors, a schedule of over 30 B2B meetings, and the opportunity to pitch to the committee.

The winning startup will receive a cash prize of €1,000, a branding package with visibility across social media and press, and an invitation to participate in Transfiere 2027, including exhibition space, a speaking slot in the content programme, and full access to the networking agenda.
