Startup Grants 2026 - Galicia

The Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (IGAPE) is launching the 2026 Startup Grants with the aim of supporting the initial and early-stage consolidation needs of emerging companies, promoting their growth, professionalization, and operational viability in Galicia. 

The call covers 100% of expenses and investments incurred from January 1, 2026, until the date the application is submitted, provided they are directly related to the activity of the startup. The eligible amount must range from a minimum of €10,000 to a maximum of €20,000 per beneficiary entity.

Fixed assets, both tangible and intangible, must be new, remain in the company for a minimum of two years from the grant award decision, be acquired in ownership by the applicant company, and must be purchased from unrelated third parties. Under no circumstances may the eligible cost exceed the market value.

Through this support line, IGAPE seeks to boost innovative entrepreneurship projects with scalability potential, strengthening the Galician entrepreneurial ecosystem and facilitating the early-stage maturation of emerging technology-based companies or initiatives aligned with strategic sectors.
