INFO Grants for Hiring Innovation and Competitiveness Services INTERNATIONALIZATION VOUCHER (2nd Call 2025)

If your company wants to start selling abroad or professionalize its international presence, this voucher allows you to hire specialists who can help you both secure meetings and clients in the target country and define a realistic internationalization plan for your business.

This voucher helps you hire experts who perform two types of work:

• INT 01 (market entry): a specialized consultant supports you in the target country with practical tasks: meeting agendas, finding clients and distributors, reviewing access requirements and certifications, preparing trade fairs or commercial actions, and providing local support.
• INT 02 (strategy alignment): helps you diagnose your export capacity, define a realistic internationalization plan (priority markets, offer, pricing, channels), and improve internal processes (tools, logistics, after-sales service) so that exporting becomes part of your daily operations.

Processing is 100% online through the INFO Headquarters, using standardized forms. The program is designed for SMEs and self-employed professionals with a workplace in the Region of Murcia and excludes primary agricultural production, fishing, and aquaculture. If your activity fits within RIS4 areas (strategic sectors of the region).

Aid intensity and amounts:

• Maximum intensity: up to 85% of eligible expenses (70% + 15 points if the applicant’s activity fits within RIS4 Region of Murcia).
• Service caps: €10,000 (INT 01) and €6,000 (INT 02)

Grant scheme:

• Special competition (Art. 22 of Law 7/2005) and INFO Direct procedure (entire file managed electronically with standardized forms).
• Provider: must be specialized; the program limits provider concentration when the same provider is proposed by ≥10 companies (avoids dependency and ensures effective competition).
