The ONE Platform is an initiative of the Government of Spain that brings together startups, investors, mentors, institutions and companies to drive innovation. Originating from the Startups Act (Law 28/2022) as part of the 'España Nación Emprendedora' (Spain Entrepreneurial Nation) strategy, this platform has been developed by Red.es, an entity of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, with funding from the Next Generation EU funds.

Our mission is to become the virtual meeting point where all agents of the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem collaborate, exchange knowledge, and access the resources they need to grow their projects.

The objectives of the ONE Platform, in detaile

Fostering innovative entrepreneurship

Our mission is to ensure more people have the support and knowledge to set up their innovative venture through engaging content, access to administrative procedures, and a dedicated support service.

Attracting international talent

We will support entrepreneurs from outside Spain, known as "digital nomads," to help them settle in the country easily by providing information and access to administrative procedures.

Offering training resources

We will work hard to develop high-quality content specifically aimed at startups and innovative entrepreneurs, as well as other agents within the ecosystem.

Promoting technological development and its funding

We will aim to support technological development by publishing content and reports, curating events, grants, and calls for proposals, and organising our own events.

Facilitating collaboration within the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem

We are committed to launching initiatives and services to boost entrepreneurship hubs in Spain and connect them with other European ecosystems.

Driving an entrepreneurial culture

We will place a special focus on initiatives for rural and social impact entrepreneurship, increasing the presence of women in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, inclusive entrepreneurship... and many more.

At ONE, we work every day to integrate a gender perspective into everything we do:

We highlight female talent in our success stories, special reports, and infographics, ensuring that expert voices include women leaders.
We promote inclusive language, because we believe words also help build equality.
We inspire new generations through female role models: their businesses and leadership styles are not only an example for other women, but also enrich men’s perspectives and strengthen the diversity and competitiveness of the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem.
